Empathy

The goal isn't to give advice it's to let your audience feel seen.
It's not about having the answers. It's about saying, "I've been there too."

Start not with a solution, but with the struggle:

  • When did you feel completely alone in what you were going through?
  • What pain do you now recognize in other people's eyes?
  • What do you wish someone had said to you back then?
  • What emotion do you still carry quietly, even now?

Best formats:

POV narration / Looking straight into the camera / Whispered voice-over / Minimalist visuals

Speak directly to one person "you" instead of "they."
Or turn your own story into a mirror your audience can see themselves in.

shared pain emotional resonance soft truth inner child quiet understanding
