Real Interview

A real interview isn't about asking questions. It's about unlocking people.

The goal isn't to make someone look good, but to make them feel seen.

Great interviews don't chase headlines. They chase truth—the kind that shows up in a pause, a crack in the voice, or a sentence that was never rehearsed.

💡 Start not from the list of questions, but from real curiosity:

  • What's something you've never told anyone in an interview?
  • What does no one ask you, but you wish they did?
  • When was the last time you cried alone?
  • What do you believe in now, that your younger self would laugh at?

💡 Best formats:

  • Face-to-face interview / Street-style questions / Studio + voice-over / Podcast-style sit-down
  • Use silence, eye contact, and real-time reactions
  • Or let the interviewee ask themselves the final question
